lying there his thoughts raced with excitement..."wow God you are here...I know your word says it..I have read it and taught it and preached it BUT it's TRUE..YOU ARE HERE and You never leave us" ..."this knowledge is almost too much to contain" then like a bolt of lightning he heard these words "It's not for you to contain Tim" "what I give you I expect you to share" "to much that is given ...much is required...I have put my hand on you for such a time as this and desire great fellowship with you..after all that is why I made you but I also have plans for you to minister to multitudes as they seek a place of refuge in the times ahead"

Shannon and Alexis were laughing over Bud's latest antics when they saw the footage of the Potentate waving to the crowds as he passed by them. Shannon called for everyone to gather around to watch. As they stood watching the spectacle Sam reached over and whispered to Shannon, "Turn it off. We are not going to watch one moment of his grandiose display. He is a fraud and all of us know what he's doing and what he plans for the future."
Shannon clicked the x and the computer screen went blank. Bud looked shocked, "Why did you do that? I wanted to see what is going on in the outside world."
Sam shot back, "We are in the world, but we are not of this world. You know what they say, curiosity killed the cat......I think by watching his pomp and arrogant display, we are somehow condoning what he's all about. If you want to read the news or be up on things that effect us, that's different, but we are not going to watch his disgusting show of power and....."
Christina pulled Sam to the side, "Please don't become so upset. None of us are going to be swayed by him. We are all on the side of the Lord. Sam, they are only curious."
Sam hung his head, "I know, but it's just having his face shown in our home......it's nothing I want a part of......Christina, he is evil."
"Oh, Sam, do you think he can mesmerize us through the screen? Sweetheart, I think everyone is perfectly aware that he can sway others to believe he is their savior, but we know differently," Christina said trying to soothe Sam.
"I still don't want to see that garbage. I will be outside should you want me for anything," Sam said shaking off her hand and walking outside.
Bud came over to Christina, "What was all that about? We know who Teodor Arygos is and I for one have no intention of ever following that fraud. I've never seen Sam react like that."
Christina shook her head, "He just doesn't want to see his face or anything that surrounds him. We all know what lies a head and Sam believes we are not to be a part of any of it. Just let him cool down and I'm sure he'll eventually apologize for his outburst."
Steven walked outside to find Sam and saw him on his knees praying. Steven slowly turned and went back inside to give Sam time and privacy. He called out, "Bud, you must understand Sam's side of this and not take it personally. I think he is right about not watching this mess."
"Alright, but I didn't see any harm in watching....don't mean to follow him.......you guys don't think that, do you?" Bud said under his breath.
Linda gave her husband a gentle push, "Bud, we just don't need to have our minds touched by his evil. Shannon keeps us up to date as far as the new laws and stuff like that. That's all we need to know. Give him a little time and then you apologize."
Bud made a face at Linda, "Why do I have to apologize? I didn't do anything wrong. But I will do what you want."
Linda sweetly said, "Thank you, dear. We need to remember who our allegiance belongs and I think that's all Sam was trying to say to all of us. Now go on like a good little boy and finish your chores."
Bud stuck his tongue out at her and started mumbling to himself as he went back to finish his work on the shed.

On the Ranch - The Main House
Zoe looked at the diary Kristen held out to her.
“Are you sure Kristen? The contents of your sisters diary are her private thoughts. You may not want them to be read in front of everyone.” Zoe said with concern.
“I’m sure. You brought my family to me and I want to share them with you. I don’t think Kennedy would mind. Besides my reading isn’t all that great yet. I want to get to know my little sister and this is the only way I can this side of heaven.” Kristen insisted.
Zoe looked at Maddie and saw the older woman nod. With a sigh, Zoe took the diary and sat on the floor.
She opened the diary and began to read.
Dear Jesus
Today I turned ten. Mommy and Daddy gave me this diary to write stuff in so I decided to write to you. They gave me a painting of me and Kristen too. It’s really nice. We are hugging each other in it. Mommy had the man who has been making the aged pictures of Kristen make one of her just for the painting. I really miss Kristen so if you know where she is could you send her home?
I love you, Kennedy Ann
Kristen smiled as did everyone else in the room. “She sounds so sweet. And she knew about me. Read some more.” Kristen said eagerly.
“Ok!” Zoe laughed at Kristen’s exuberance.
Dear Jesus
Molly Warner came over today. When I answered the door she looked so scared. She asked if Daddy was home and when I told her he was at the church working on his sermon she burst into tears. Mommy heard and came to the door and asked Molly if she could help. Molly just threw her arms around Mommy and cried harder. Mommy pulled Molly to the couch and told me to call Daddy right away. Molly cried the whole time while we were waiting for Daddy to get home. It was really scaring me so I started to pray for her. When Daddy got home Molly was still crying and Daddy put his hands on her shoulders and started praying for You to give her peace. Then Molly turned to Daddy and hugged him so tight. She told Daddy she was pregnant. She’s only 15, just a few years older than me. She told Daddy she was scared and didn’t know what to do. Her boyfriend broke up with her when she told him. She wanted to get an abortion. She was scared of what her parents would do. Mommy was crying and so was I. I didn’t want Molly to kill her baby so I started praying really hard that she wouldn’t. Daddy just closed his eyes and held her and prayed and cried with her. We all did. Finally Molly stopped crying and Mommy told me to go to my room. I don’t know how you did it Jesus, but by the time Daddy took Molly home she had decided to have her baby. Daddy just left with her to take her home and tell her parents.
Kennedy
Dear Jesus
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! Molly’s parents were shocked but they agree that Molly will have the baby. They still have some decisions to make about whether to put the baby up for adoption of if Molly will keep it. Thank You Jesus that this little baby will get to be born, and thank You for giving me the best Daddy in the whole world. I’m so glad You led Molly to come talk to Daddy. That’s what she told Daddy, that she felt led to talk to him before she did anything. I’d better get to sleep now. It’s way past my bedtime, but I just wanted to say thank You and I love You.
Kennedy Ann
Zoe stopped reading and looked around the room to see that everyone was smiling but crying at the same time.
“Kennedy was a very special girl, wasn’t she?” Kristen asked.
“Yes. She was.” Shade managed to choke.

MOSUL, IRAQ - RIVERSIDE, MORNING
One morning Aini set out for the big city to forage. I think I’ll try the riverside this morning. Aini mused as she sauntered down through back ways and alleys.
Aini knelt by the river and breathed a sigh of delight at the breathtaking sight. The morning sun streamed down from behind a cloud veil. The river shimmered and danced in the light. How she wished her mother and May could sit beside her and watch the great ships float downriver to the sea.
A fishmonger stood in the door of his shop watching the river. It never lost it’s attractions for him. Fishing all year round, swimming, bathing, and boating. He practically lived off the river. He noticed a young girl wander to the river and sit on the seawall. Since he didn’t any customers at the moment, he strode toward where she sat.
Aini looked up in surprise. Who was this stranger and why did he seem to take an interest in her? He approached her then stopped when he saw Aini eying him cautiously. He pointed out across the river toward an overgrown area dotted with abandoned ruins of ancient buildings.
“There’s the ruins of the city of Nineveh,” the fishmonger told Aini. “See how old those building are?”
“Awesome,” Aini said, “but if you don’t mind, who or what is Nineveh?”
“It’s not a who. Nineveh is an ancient city that I believe is mentioned in the Christian religion and maybe elsewhere. Whatever it is, I don’t know what it is or what it did, miss.” The fishmonger looked a bit embarrassed as soon as he mentioned the Christians. Immediately he turned around as if searching for someone.
“Excuse me miss. I have a customer waiting on me.” He walked back to his store leaving a shocked Aini staring after him in astonishment. Now why did he leave so quickly as if he thought I’d bite him. Aini fumed to herself. She was sure that he knew more about the Bible and Ninevah than he cared to admit. Surely it was impossible to live on this river and not know a thing about ancient ruins of the other side. She leapt up from the river bank. May had mentioned Ninevah before. Even if Aini didn’t believe the Bible, she could at least entertain herself reading it. She determinedly set off in search of food.

The fishmonger went back to his shop feeling saddened and downcast. When would he ever learn to speak boldly for his Saviour? He felt his Lord speaking to him ever so gently, "For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels." Luke 9:26
"But Lord she was a very dedicated Muslim. I could see it in her dress. What if she should tell the authorities about me and they'd come and arrest, torture, and maybe kill me!"
"No, my child. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment."
"Oh, Lord," he cried, "Forgive me. I've failed to tell another soul about you. All my life I've been a coward. Afraid of taking care of my family at my second daughter's birth, ashamed of you, afraid of customers and the law." He rose gently from his knees, not even caring that his shop door was wide open and a curious onlooker was staring at him in amazement. I have to find that girl again and tell her about God and maybe she'll let me help her. She looked so thin and pale. Having made that mental resolution, he turned to the counter and resumed his job of cleaning fish entrails once more.

Amy sat quietly in the corner of the room crocheting a baby blanket as a tear fell on her hand she gently wiped it away. She loved Linda with all her heart, but she missed Jason. He had sent her an email telling her about his new job and his boss Andrew. Sam had asked everyone not to mention that Andrew was a believer so she had complied with his wishes. She didn't understand why Sam had made the request until she thought about Jason going back and forth deciding to give his life to Christ. Could it be that Sam was still unsure of Jason? Linda sat down beside her and asked, "Amy, are you alright?"
"Yes. I just miss Jason. He has always been there for me and now he's miles away and I fear we will never see each other again," she said as the tears flowed freely down her cheek.
Linda comforted her with a gentle squeeze, "Honey, you will see him in heaven and will be together throughout eternity. You must trust in Jesus to see you through these difficult times. We must all pray for Jason that he remains faithful. Sam had his reason for not telling Jason that Andrew was a believer so he wouldn't slip and let someone know then we would lose him as an inside contact.......understand?"
She wiped away the tears, "Now that you put it that way, it is probably a good idea to keep Jason in the dark. We sure can't lose Andrew because he can protect Jason."
"Yes, that is so true. Jason couldn't be in better hands, dear," Linda said soothingly.
Bud came sauntering up to Linda, "So you think I should apologize to Sam when he was the one who had the outburst? I've been thinking on it ever since I went outside and I'm not apologizing for anything and that's that. I'm the head of this family and what I say goes."
Linda burst out laughing, "Yes, dear, whatever you think."
He gave her a stern look, "Oh, so you think this is funny, eh? Well, I have news for you.......
Linda reached up and put her finger to his lips, "Bud, it's over so let's just forget about it. We have more important things to do than fuss with each other. Remember Jesus said to love one another as thy self. Now hush and go to work."
He backed up and with a frown on his face, "You won this time, but I tell you.........
Linda gave him a gentle push then placed her hand over his mouth, "Bud, smile! I love you so now go back to work........PLEASE!"
He left grumbling to himself, "Yeah, being pushed around by a woman, what's a man to do."
"Yes. I just miss Jason. He has always been there for me and now he's miles away and I fear we will never see each other again," she said as the tears flowed freely down her cheek.

Tim had wrestled all night struggling to sleep...his thoughts were full of glorious revelation ...finally in the wee hours of the morning he fell deep into sleep ....
"Tim...Tim are you alright?" "it's almost noon" Hank feverishly shook Tim awake and as Tim rolled over to greet this intrusion of rest...he was startled to see Hank's eyes grow as wide as the could go..."WHY TIM...you are ...you are..you are almost glowing" "Glowing?" "ahhh Hank come on" "Nah I'm serious..it's as if your face is aglow..I'm not kidding"
Tim quickly jumped out of bed and ran to the nearest mirror and then with great pause..stared at himself as if looking at a stranger..his complexion ..his hair...his countenance had changed"
"What gives Tim?" Hank asked Tim putting his hand to his own cheek and slowly turning around to face Hank "I had an interesting night Hank...I uh" "well out with it" "I uhhh ..this might uhh sound a little crazy..but remember I went out to pray and uhhh..well uhh" "ahhhh OUT WITH IT TIM" ...."I saw the Lord...I mean I was praying and worshipping and then I looked up in the sky and there were angels and they were bowing in worship and singing what I had been singing...THEN there was this Light...THIS LIGHT THAT that was Oh so bright and glorious and then"....Tim's voice began to quiver..."HE SAID MY NAME" "His voice...it was like Thunder...and it rumbled through me and I fell on my face before Him"
"oh Hank"....Hank's face ashen as he listen's so intently .."please Tim speak on" ...."Hank...He spoke and I heard" "I heard so much in His words" "WHAT did he say?" "He said THERE ARE MORE FOR US than against us" "and to rise up and worship" "that this is Holy Ground" "and that there are going to be many people coming here for refuge"
"but Hank it was more than I could bear...His presence was so incredible" "I've never felt such warmth and yet felt so small..so exposed..so vulnerable but yet so safe" "I felt like David when he said ""what is man that you are mindful of him" like why God are you allowing me this gift?" "why me?" and Yet I have never felt more convicted ..so ashamed at my lack of faith and effort"
as Tim was talking ...Hank reached down and grabbed Tim from the bed..."WOOOO what are you doing Hank?" "You gotta share this with everyone else..this is too good to keep to yourself"
and down the stairs they went.

Having seen enough the Rabbi turned from the TV screen locking eyes with Andrew. " Tell me where the 4 of you plan on staying for the next couple of days?" he asked. Andrew looked to see if Mark, Bill and Connor had heard the question. Bill looking sheepishly at the Rabbi spoke first. "Well we thought we could get a room at one of the hotels near the wailing wall but when I called a few of them while we were in the air we found out they had no rooms available, so we arent sure where we will be yet." "Well that can be fixed easily" the Rabbi said. "Julie and David will be staying in the security shelter below the house and their is more than enough room for a couple of days if they dont mind." he said looking over at David for confirmation. "We would love to have you join us." replied David seeking Julies eyes for approval. She nodded and smiled at the Rabbi and David. "Well now that thats all taken care of why dont we all head for the wailing wall and pay a little visit to our two friends?"
he asked. Andrew, Mark, Bill and Connor all eagerly shook their heads in agreement. Grabbing all their bags they headed to the parking lot in search of the minivan. "After our visit at the wall we will head for home. My friends Yoshi and Ester are preparing a delicious breakfast for us before we rest for a few hours. How does that sound?" the Rabbi said. Everyone smiled and nodded approval as they all piled into the minivan and headed back out onto the highway.

Daniel 9: 24 "Seventy weeks are determined for your people and for you holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy.
25 Know therefore and understand, That from the going forth of the command to restore and build Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince, There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; The street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublesome times.
26 And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself; And the people of the prince which is to come shall destroy the city and the sactuary. The end of it shall be with a flood. And till the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 Then he shall conform a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week he shall bring and end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate. Even until the consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate.
Jesus Christ died not for Himself but for the sins of the world. The prince who is to come, the Antichrist, will commit an abomination of desolation against the living God. He will break the covenant and set himself up as God.
Sam's mind was filled with anger against the one who will be bring destruction upon God's people. He will appear to give good will to all and then he will turn on those that he has sought to deceive and demand they worship him only. To look at him made Sam physically ill. He had fallen on his knees praying, "Father, forgive me for my reaction at seeing the Antichrist, but Lord, You and You alone are to be worshipped. My anger against those that seek this man out is growing stronger. Forgive me and give me the patience to show others they will be deceived and should come to know the true savior, Jesus Christ. Take this anger from me and direct it in a way that others will know that I have Jesus in my heart. I beg for Your forgiveness and ask for wisdom how to proceed with my fellow believers. I give You all the glory and thank You for Your continued presence in our lives. It is my honor to serve You. Amen."
Sam fell backwards and his heart was filled with peace, his anger gone, his mind was cleared of the images he had seen. He looked around him and could only see beauty and nothing of what was to come. His eyes filled with tears as he mourned for those who were lost and would never know true peace or the glory of God and the Son, Jesus Christ. A stream of light appeared through the trees and surrounded Sam as he lay on the ground and he could see an image of pure white before him. An angel of the Lord looked down on the man, "You shall know the Lord and be filled with His goodness. Your heart is with Him and He is with You." The image was gone as quickly as it had appeared. He fell back and his mind at last was freed of any conflict.
25 Know therefore and understand, That from the going forth of the command to restore and build Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince, There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; The street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublesome times.

“Well in a way it was me who started this; I sent the first message back even if it was the wrong answer.” Admiral St John stated.
Jack, Joe and Ben sat with the Admiral discussing what safety procedures they should take to ensure the people on the other end of this email business was not with Global Family.
“No matter who started it, we need to ensure who they are before we go and give out our position. How they have not found us yet is beyond me but I would like to keep it that way if at all possible” Jack replied grabbing a chair then taking a seat.
“I see your point and that has to be our main concern until such time we are ready for what ever.”
“Sir, I trust these people, don’t ask me how but something about them and their words make me feel they are on our side” Ben spoke up
“What is it that makes you feel this way Ben? Is it cause you miss your home and family, or maybe you feel that now since you’re a Christian you must trust everyone?” Jack asked
Ben shoot a look at Jack and wondered who side he was on, did Jack believe or like many he was just going through the motions until it was to late. “Sir, first, I have no family back home and second, yes maybe it is the Holy Spirit leading me to these people, I don’t know but I trust them and if I understand the reports, our fleet is starting to run short on supplies. So unless we plan to raid a village and pop into the local market, we need to start looking at other means.”
“We are working on that, but I agree with Captain McCoy here that we need to insure who knows our location.” Ken St John stated
Joe had been quite the whole meeting; he wanted to take in both sides before making his decision or opinion, now was the time he felt was right. “Sir, I have a way to met both needs”
The other three looked at him.
“Sir, why not the Wales sail out beyond the range of the fleet and meet these people or receive their first package. If it a good deal we can continue this way or set up another route but if it is a trick, what GF force couldn’t help but to attack a Nuke Sub.”
“No way” Jack Shouted, “We can’t afford to lose you and your sub, I will not have it."
“Sir that is not your choice, remember I am the Captain. Admiral, unless you can think of another way I request your approval”
“Admiral…” Jack turned to St John
“Captain Akeman is right, Jack and you know it. Our supplies are taking a heavy burden, we have been thinking about possible shifting crews around and scuttling a few of our ships if we didn’t resupply soon.”
Jack thought for a second then added “Very well sir but I request to stay with the Wales and sail with her?” Jack said almost in a pledging voice
“Sorry Jack, I need you here to help plan our other task we are working on. In due time you will sail again”
Jack looked at Ken then at Joe and Ben. “Sir, I feel as if I owe it to these men and the crew of the Wales, I really need to go sir”
“Sorry Jack, Captain Akeman is capable of commanding his crew, you said it yourself last week. Now let’s figure out how we are going to arrange this.”
The men pulled out a chart and started working on the action plan, a knot the size of a softball started to grow in down in Jacks stomach. This was his crew, not as his command but he was apart of it, he would have turned his Captain pin in to be a seaman of the Wales now. In the back of his mind he knew Ken was right, he was needed here and he knew that Joe, Josh and Ben could handle this mission but what happens if it was a trap? There was a good change that the GF force would toss a lot of fire power at them. The knot grew bigger

Global Family Naval Fleet under the name of Task Group 6 had left the Japanese Islands three weeks ago on a heading 160. Newly appointed Fleet Admiral Ron Hester onboard the Aircraft Carrier GF Freedom which was the latest Nuclear Carrier the former United States had.
The battle fleet comprised of four carriers, fifteen cruisers, twenty Destroyers, ten submarines and five supply ships. Their mission, to secure and ensure that the Bright Star fleet didn’t use the Panama Cannel.
After three weeks of sailing, Task Group 6 arrived off the west coast of South America. Splitting his fleet, Admiral Hester sent half through the Panama Cannel where they anchored in the ports of Colombia while the other half remained in the pacific and anchored in the harbors of the Galapagos Islands. Each side had enough ships to patrol their areas while the others enjoyed the local hospitality.
At first the locals welcomed the fleets put soon found the crews to be nothing but bad news. Rape, killings and a free for all life style soon had the locals leaving town abandoning their homes and life style. That didn’t stop the GF fleet from having fun, an order was sent out and soon men and women as young as thirteen was recruited then sent down to entertain the troops. What was advertized as a free week in the sun soon turned into a horror story that many would regret. As soon as they walked off the planes, they were forced to watch as they and their friends were auctioned off to the highest bidder. Any refusal was met with a bullet.

Chantel’s eyes were red. She was tired and she looked like she could collapse any moment. She sat in the hospital; squeezing Kenny’s hand like she was about to die and she needed support.
“Now can you tell me what’s going on?” Kenny asked. She hadn’t told him the whole ride to the hospital, or when he was at her house.
Chantel briefly looked at Kenny, fighting back tears. “Kenny…..” she said before crying again.
“No,” he said, “No, I’m not taking this anymore. Just tell me. I’m not going to hurt you.”
Chantel took a deep breath, “My mom went into cardiac arrest. They rushed her to the hospital, and now….now….here she is, in the hospital. They say she’s in a coma.” She wiped away her tears.
Kenny was in shock. He never got to meet her mom. He could only imagine the pain and sorrow Chantel was feeling.
“What about your dad?” Kenny asked?
The mention of her dad only made Chantel upset.
“He was abusive…he beat my mom when they were married. He left when I was 2 months old. He didn’t want to have to do anything with me.”
Kenny stood up and motioned for Chantel to stand up when a doctor came walking towards the couple.
“Miss. Debarge,” the doctor said the Chantel, “I’m afraid I have some bad news.”
Chantel’s eyes opened wide, a trace of horror in them,
“You’re mother…I’m sorry Miss. Debarge. You’re mother has passed away.”
Kenny could only feel the agony and pain the Chantel was feeling as she dug her face into Kenny’s chest. He could hear her sobs, and he could only say, “It’s gonna be ok.”
And deep inside, he wondered if that was true.

Aini knelt on her prayer mat with her face towards Mecca. The folds of her prayer shawl overshadowed her face. The chanting of the mullah coming over the loudspeaker echoed throughout the room.
"Allah Akbar!" the Mullah shouted.
"Allah Akbar!" the women shrieked in response. The rest of the prayers continued. Soon a mass of burka clad women rushed out of the room signifying to all on the street that mid-day prayer time had ended. Aini slowly rose to her feet and walked down the hall. She yanked open a heavy door and disappeared into a musty smelling room. Soon she reappeared bearing a scrub brush, mop, and a pail of water. Aini scrubbed every inch of the floor 'till no signs of dust or grime could be seen. How her back ached from the strain of bending over for such a long time. Next, she carefully dusted the portraits of the Muslim prophets and martyrs which adorned the walls. Finally, Aini toted all her cleaning supplies back to the closet. She shut and locked the door with a sigh of relief. She performed this task every day since her beloved mother died. But it brought no true joy or satisfaction. She was dreadfully afraid of Allah. Afraid that if she didn't do all she could for him and her deceased family, he would take her by the ankles and repeatedly dip her into Hell's burning flames. Sometimes she couldn't breathe she was so afraid.
Aini's suddenly snapped out of her reverie. She must run quickly or else she'd be late for her appointment. A farmer was coming to her cottage this very afternoon to hire her. If she was lucky, he might hire her for the rest of the harvest season. Then she'd surely have a job, money, and food to eat! Aini quickly dusted off her burka and ran home from the mosque.

“Ben draft up the next message to send let me look at it and once that reply we will go operational with the Wales as the lead.” Admiral St John commented
“Aye sir, what should I ask them for?”
“Don’t know, check with Commander Allen, he is handling the fleet supplies.”
“Copy sir”
“Well gentlemen, I have to get ready for another meeting, Jack I want you in on this one as well so hang around onboard. Thirty minutes in the wardroom”
“Aye sir” Jack replied
The three men left the Admiral in his stateroom. Joe knew Jack was hurting from being denied going but like Jack said it was time for him to step up and be Captain.
“Look guys, Joe I want you both to know I trust you and the crew. Joe you are capable and the crew is as good if not better then most. I just feel as if I lost my command, I know its not mine to loose but I felt apart of you guys.”
Ben looked at Joe than at Jack, “Sir, we know and you are a part of us. I would enjoy your company if for no other reason then to try to lead you to Christ but this trip is ours I guess.”
“Sir, as much as I wanted you to go, really I am glad your not. This is a simple mission and I want to do it myself without the ability to call you for help. If I can break the seahorse then I will feel more comfortable on a mission that really matters” Joe added
“Seahorse? Not sure I follow you but it should be a day or two before you leave maybe a week. Make sure the crew is up to par on everything. A simple mission is the one that normally kills the crew.”
“Will do sir and breaking the seahorse is like taking your maiden voyage” Joe responded
“Well, I just I better get to the wardroom see you guys back onboard” Jack gave a small half wave as he turned and walked away.
Ben watched Jack as he turned the corner, “Guess it’s the father figure in him.”
“Nope, it’s the Captain figure in him” Joe remarked “Come on lets go make a shopping list”.

“That will work for me; send it off as soon as possible. If and when we get a answer we will start our count down.” St John stated
“Aye sir” Ben replied
Ken looked at the rest of the men in the room, “Now, we might have found a way to communicate beyond our range without satellite, it seems and I forgot about it, but it seems that am radio is big down in these parts as well as all South America. One station and its tall tower can broadcast into Mexico all the way down here. The tower and station is located in Peru. A plan in the works is to have a group of navy seals lay repeaters along the South American mountain range. These repeaters will allow us to talk to someone at or in the area of the radio station. Basically we will send a message to the guy on the end and he will have it broadcasted out over the am radio station. Any questions so far”
“Jack raised his hand “Sir we are going to announce over am radio our mission traffic?”
Everyone chuckled but was also questioning this could be breech.
“Yes and no Jack, looking around the room I know no one here lived during WWII but as a history lesson here, the brits, France and other countries used coded messages over the public radio stations all the time. Based on the time of day and what the message was the receiving party knew the message. Any other questions?”
Warrant Officer Juno raised his hand “Sir won’t the GF forces hear our traffic and follow the repeaters back to us?”
“Good question but these are point to point laser repeaters that the GF must be straight in line covering the radio freq we are using to hear anything. We will be changing and switching freq’s every four hours so the chances are well over a million to one.” Ken St John looked around the room again “Men if no other questions, the HMS Holly will depart our area at 0100. She will be caring five seals with all the equipment. They know their orders and mission. If all goes well she should be back with us in 30 days. In case anyone is watching I want the fleet to maneuver and change to a Sera Two station starting at 2300. That is all”
As the men filed out, Ken yelled at Jack to hold back.
“Make sure the crew on the Wales gets and studies the code words and phrases Jack, this might be our only way to communicate with them and the outside world.”
“Aye sir, if there is a outside world to talk to” Jack replied

The plan was simple. Let Frank bust him with a Bible.
Travis sat on his bunk with a GF newsletter. To anyone watching him they would think he was engrossed in the letter. But in reality he was reading the Bible.
Frank and Travis were both growing frustrated. The men had not revealed where their hearts lay. While they were polite to Travis, even friendly, he was on the outside of their group.
Frank was growing impatient to know if the men were Christians.
Travis had tried to feel the men out, dropping hints about being a Christian, but none of the men had taken him aside to ask him about his faith.
So now Travis was reading the book of Revelation waiting to be ‘busted’ by Frank. Travis could hear the men on the other side of the room whispering, but soon became aware that the whispering had stopped. Travis felt his heart leap, knowing that in a few moments all the men would become aware that he at least was a Christian. If the men were not Christians it was a huge risk to take. But if even one was a brother in Christ, it was a chance both Frank and Travis were willing to take.
Frank reached out and took the newsletter away from Travis and the Bible dropped to Travis’ lap.
Travis quickly reached for the Bible, and stood his eyes wide with apprehension. He didn’t have to fake it as he knew that he and Frank were both going out on a limb.
Frank aware that the men on the other side of the room were watching, reached out and took the Bible from Travis’ hand. He flipped the Bible open to where the ribbon marked Travis’ place.
“Revelation, huh?” Frank said quietly.
Travis nodded silently.
Frank turned slightly toward Travis, knowing that in the mirror on the wall the other men could see the expression on his face.
Frank winked. “Kinda nice to know what’s coming next isn’t it?” Frank said in an excited whisper, knowing that with the height of the ceiling his whisper was heard even across the room.
Travis let his mouth drop open for a second and then glancing at the men across the room saw that their mouths were hanging open. Travis quickly looked back at Frank. He nodded.
“I’m memorizing as much as I can. It won’t be long before having one of these will cost a person their life.” Frank continued to whisper. Frank handed the Bible back to Travis.
“Gentlemen.” Frank said with a brisk nod as he left the room.
Travis sank down onto his bunk. He took several deep breaths and closed his eyes. He felt someone move up beside him.
“I don’t believe it. You managed to find, completely by accident no less, out what we all have been wanting to know.”
Travis looked up and saw Corporal Smith standing over him. “What’s that?” Travis tried to look as casual as possible.
“If Director Keller is a Christian.”

While the Northern Hemisphere waits the warm summer months the Southern Hemisphere is just starting the blistery cold months of winter. The Bright Star Fleet is now using more fuel to power the engines and motors it takes to keep not only the crew warm but to keep water lines from busting.
Days are spent breaking ice of equipment and the 5 minute boat ride from ship to ship has turned into a cold nightmare. Ken watched the crew of the Pallen as they pulled the four bodies from the water. The small boat hit a chuck of ice ripping a large hole in the bow. The men tried to swim but with the added weight of winter clothing, they had no chance. Ken thought to himself and knew they had to move the fleet soon and they had to get fuel even faster.
At 23:00 the Bright Star Fleet started to move around their anchoring positions. SM3 Gilmore was standing on the signal bridge looking through the big eyes. (Large very power binoculars) the new style he had allowed him to flip a switch see at night using any available light source.
Gilmore grew tiered of watching other ships so he watched the animals on the beach and in the woods on the shore. Even at 2 miles away he could make out in clarity snow seals, wild hogs and people walking on the beach. The latter had not happen for a month or two so Gilmore was stuck looking at the seals.
Growing bored, Gilmore was about to turn off his equipment when he spotted someone leaning against a tree watch the fleet. Not odd at first but then he could see this man counting the ships then place a phone to his head. SM3 Gilmore didn’t understand the security of the fleet but he knew anyone standing out in the cold watching the fleet and making phone calls should be checked out.
“Signal Bridge to Bridge”
“Go ahead Sig”
“Sir I have spotted a person on the shore just inside the tree line. It looked as if he was counting our ships and calling someone on a phone”
“Copy Sig, is he still there?”
“Negitive sir, left two minutes ago”
“Very well Sig, good catch bridge out”
“Signal bridge out”
The Officer of the Deck understood the security of the fleet so he quickly picked up the bridge to bridge radio and radioed the USS Reagan.
“Oscar Papa to Hotel India, I have red traffic over”
“Hotel India copy Oscar Papa, go ahead with your traffic”
“Tango, Tango, 2 Mikes to my north, single contact over”
“Copy Oscar papa, will relay your red traffic, Hotel India out”
“Oscar papa out”
The fleet security force headed up by Major Glen Ward took received the message and went into action. First they contacted Admiral St John then a team of men loaded into a helicopter took off to question the Sailor who first reported the breech.
Arriving onboard the Cruiser Prince Williams, Major Ward and his team assembled SM2 Gilmore in the wardroom and started questioning him. All this took 20 minutes. As soon as Major Ward got a read on SM2 Gilmore he radioed the Reagan. Admiral St John received the Majors report and cancelled the AM radio mission for now. Before they did any major operations they had to find out who and why someone found it important to stand in the freezing cold counting his ships.
At 0400, a team of Navy Seals dropped into the freezing water and started their swim into shore. Their mission was to find this person, get intel and remove the treat if needed.

Hector Garica had enough of this spying business, he was cold and since he was been counting, never has a ship left or a new one shown up.
Maybe he thought he would hire his brother in law to go out in the winter and count. Hector would take it back over in the warmer weather. His brother in law was a wasted case of a man but it was his wife brother and she loved him.
Maybe he will slip and fall Hector thought, the man is a pig, Hector once saw him raping a young girl, Hector almost beat him to death but his wife stopped him. “We shall pray for him” she said so for a week they prayed to the Virgin Mary.
No help Hector knew, he was back doing his nasty things again, and Hector thought his brother in law had something to do with all the young kids missing. All of a sudden, young kids just disappeared. The local police couldn’t find anything.
Hector remembered how the Church of St Antony was filled for months but soon people stopped coming. Many people claimed it was Satan himself who came and took the little ones.
Not one thought for a second that God himself called his little ones home.
