Possum Hollow
No sooner had the two guys got into their suburban and drove away....then a total celebration broke out "you tell me THAT JUST HAPPENED FOR REAL?" Hank cracked up..."There is NOTHING impossible with our God" "THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!""" "I am in total Shock" "I have goose bumps" "Unbelievable...if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.....I would have never believed it" "When God says He's gonna do something ..He doesn't mean maybe" "well ya know He said he was going to bring MANY" Tim reminded from his encounter the other night "That's right He did" "we better get to work ...you heard what they said...we better get the caves prepared FOR MANY"
Jubilation and Praise continued ...as the gang all took great Joy an Strength from the victory wrought through the Power of their God. "From faith to faith and from Victory to Victory" they will surely go...but lurking in the shadows...off in the distance..sits an army of imps..just waiting for the slightest opening...the slightest opportunity to pounce
Yet at the moment...A heavenly army stands guard...ascending and descending upon this holy place called Possum Hollow

"Me neither..I knew as soon as we walked into that place there was something different...it was almost tangible. Like they could read right through me...and I just wanted to cry out for help and I wasn't even sure for what?" "But now we know" "And we did" they both laugh sheepishly together "it's awesome..this is awesome...ya know...we are two heavenbound global agents" HA.."yeah AND IF THEY EVER FIND OUT..they will kill us" "oh why did you have to go an say that?" "well it's the truth BUT just like Tim said...to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ...and soon in no less than 7 years we will be with Jesus Christ...dancing on streets of purest gold" "Yeah and I will get to see my brother who always preached at me" "Yeah and I will get to see my grandma who always was praying and going to those revival services in tents" "dude who'd thought 24 hours ago we'd be talking like this?" "I KNOW DOESN'T FEEL GOOD?" ...."For now it does but what are we going to do?" "I have no idea" "But Tim said we are to memorize and pray that one verse remember then trust" "oh yea here it is..I got it wrote down"

Sam and Steven jumped into the van and headed to town to check the airstrip and see if anything was going on in town. They were enjoying their ride when they spotted a black suburban parked in Miss Maude's driveway. Two men were standing in her doorway and Maude seemed quite agitated. Steven asked Sam to pull into the drive so he could check the situation out further.
"Good morning, Miss Maude. Are you doing alright? These men bothering you in any way?" Steven asked.
"Nah, they want to put me on some kind of list sayin' who I am and what I believe. I don't like government of any kind and sure don't trust this new global family garbage. They need to just turn around and leave," Maude bellowed.
The two men turned to face Steven, "And who might you be? We are with the Global Census Task force and we only need names, location, and if you are with the GF or a rogue group. She refuses to answer the questions and now that you are here, we will need the same information from you, too."
Steven showed him his fake papers and badge, "I'm the local authority and I received no notification of such a census taking place. I need to see your identification, if you don't mind, sir."
The first agent took out his badge and showed it to Steven, "Sorry, we should have told you our names and given you our identification. I am Agent Murtaugh and this is Agent Andrews," he said motioning to the other agent. "You are our last county in Missouri and we were hoping to wrap it up today. I apologize, sir."
Agent Andrews spoke up, "You know we have found very few people in this area and we just need to know your names and if you are pro or con for the GF then we will be on our way."
Sam stepped up, "Miss Maude is over 70 years old and has lived here all her life so I doubt she is a threat to the GF. I am Sam and this Steven also residents, but for myself, I am a follower of Jesus Christ and will not bend to the GF. We have a higher calling and should you decide to report us, we will claim our allegiance to our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ. If you choose to call us terrorist or whatever we are to be labeled now, I accept that label proudly."
A smile crossed Agent Andrews's face, "We just left Possum Hollow and met the most amazing group of people and we both prayed to receive Christ so I will do the same for you as I did them, we will report limited population and none are considered a threat. They will eventually have the capability to find you so it would be best if you could find a cave or somewhere to live that can't be penetrated by satellite or any other means."
Sam held his hand out to the agent, "Thank you so much and God bless you. God has been watching over us and this location is well protected. You have a difficult task before you now that you have become one of us."
Agent Andrews coughed and smiled, "We have a task of hiding true believers identity for as long as possible. Our reports will not indicate there are any unacceptable persons living in the area. God will guide us. If you ever get to Possum Hollow, you need to find Pastor Tim because he is the one who lead us to believe. We need to get on the road. It was our great pleasure to meet you."
They all shook hands and the two men got into their suburban and drove away. Steven looked up to the porch where Miss Maude stood, "Miss Maude, are you going to be alright? Can we do something for you?"
"Sam Watson, I've known you since you were a baby and all I can say is you have a lot of courage to stand up to those men when you didn't know what they were going to do when you said you were a follower of Jesus Christ. Wow, that about blew my socks off! Made my heart jump a little, too. I've been a bitter old woman far too long and what just took place in front of my own eyes, well son, I think I want to hear more about how to follow Jesus," Maude said.
Sam jumped onto the porch and grabbed the older woman, "Miss Maude, you are welcome to come with us and we can tell you everything you want to know about our Lord and Savior. You don't have to be by yourself and we will take care of you."
She smiled and gave him a hug, "I am just so tired of being mean all the time.....I'm lonely, too."
Steven and Sam helped her gather a few personal things together and all three set off for the cave. God had been with them on this day and showed his protection for His children. They said a prayer, "Thank You for Your constant protection and for helping Miss Maude realize she needs You in her life. We ask that You guide the two agents who have just come to know of You and that Your hand of protection follow them. We give You all the glory. Amen."
Miss Maude squeezed their hands and gave them a big smile.

The Rabbi had been motioned by the two witnesses to come closer so they could speak to him. "All of you wait right here for me while I go and speak to them." he said as he approached the barrier. David slipped his arm around Julie and pulled her close as they watched the Rabbi step behind the barrier and come face to face with the witnesses. All of them watched as both witnesses spoke to the Rabbi with deep concern on their faces. After several minutes the witnesses placed their hand on the Rabbis head and lifting their other hand towards Heaven prayed over the Rabbi and then sent him on his way.
" Look at him." Andrew whispered to Mark. "Yeah, he has a glow about him." answered Mark. Julie, standing close by overheard their conversation. "It reminds me of the time Moses came down from the mountain the first time after the burning bush episode when he walked on holy ground." She told them.
As he walked back, he grabbed each of their hands, motioning them all to follow. As they reached the minivan, everyone piled in waiting on word from the Rabbi. "Lisa, would you drive us back to Yoshi and Esters? I need to be free to talk on our way back. Many things are about to change and I must tell you all how we are to prepare. We must get all preparations done before tomorrow morning."
As Lisa pulled out onto the highway, the Rabbi bowed his head and prayed for the Lord to give him the words to speak so everything would get accomplished before the end of the day.

Cottage in Mosul Iraq
Cars sped down the street, dodging cyclists and pedestrians. Horns honked, tires squealed, and motors hummed. Aini sat on the frayed carpet in her parent’s cottage, oblivious to all the noise outside. She pulled May’s Bible closer to her.
Wonder what all these books are in here for. Where do I find what I’m looking for? There’s Micah and Matthew and Jonah and Hebrews. Don’t even begin to try to pronounce the other books. The titles don’t even sound like good Muslim names to me. Fascinated, Aini turned the crisp unwrinkled pages of the Bible. She decided she’d try the book of Matthew. Her eye caught on Matthew 12:40.
Aini read slowly and hesitatingly, “For as – what’s that word - Jonas was three days and three nights in the wh-wha-whal-whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the he-heart of the earth.” Hmm. Wonder who Jonah is? Son of Man? Never heard of Him before. But, He could be one of the prophets of Islam who’s coming again someday to take all good Muslims to spend forever in Heaven. This verse mentions Jonah…. I wonder if – I’ve got it! There’s a whole book named Jonah! She eagerly turned the Bible’s pages until she found the book of Jonah. Aini began to read.
“One day the Lord spoke to Jonah and said, “Get up, go to Nineveh, and tell them that I’ve seen their great evils and sins from Heaven. I’m about to judge them if they do not turn to Me.” But Jonah didn’t want to go to a nation that had persecuted his homeland, Israel. He got up, went to the seashore, and boarded a ship sailing to Tarsus.
The sailors weighed anchor and set sail. Not many days after the ship had left land, the Lord made a great storm.
The sky began to grow black, and the wind began to rise. The waves got bigger and bigger, the harder the wind blew. Soon a deluge of rain poured out of the dark skies. The sailors were frightened. In all their years of sailing experience they had never seen a storm as big as this. They thought of their families and wondered if they would ever see their children or wives again. The ship started violently as a heavy wave crashed against it. What was that sound? There it was again! The ship groaned and creaked. It was obvious that the ship couldn’t stand this beating much longer. The sailors threw all the cargo overboard but even this didn’t alleviate the strain on the ship. The sailors knew they were going to die in this storm.
The owner of the ship suddenly thought of Jonah. He hadn’t seen him up on deck since the hurricane started. Had he been washed overboard by the tossing sea? The ship’s owner seized a light and went in search of Jonah.
Where was he? He searched everywhere except for the hold. Surely Jonah couldn’t be in that filthy place! But where else could he be? The ship’s owner carefully stepped off the rotting rope ladder and swung his light higher. There on the dirty floor lay Jonah fast asleep! The man couldn’t believe his eyes. He could sleep in this kind of storm?
“What meanest thou, o sleeper? Get up and call on the name of your God and maybe He will hear you. We all are about to die!”

Renee leaned aver and whispered in Raul's ear. With a sly grin Raul moved his castle. "Check and Mate!!!" He whooped with victory.
Matt sat back and looked over the board. "Well it took two of you to beat me."
Renee and Raul ignored Matt as they high fived and fist bumped. "Woo hooo!!!" "Yeah!!!" "The smell of victory is so sweeeet!!" They both chorused.
Mat just shook his head.
Across the room Nathan jumped to his feet and stalked out of the room.
"What's his problem?" Renee asked.
Rage sensed the weakness and honed in immediately. With a ugly grin he realized that this was not his territory as he saw Nathan jump up and stomp out of the room. Rage somersaulted his way out of the room behind Nathan as Jealousy clung to the young mans back and began whispering.

Belle smiled as she wiped a Leon's mouth with a cloth. "Very good Leon. You almost finished the whole bowl." She set the bowl to the side as Nathan walked into the room.
He threw himself into a chair and sat there glowering, Then he jumped back up and began to pace.
"What's upset you dear?" Belle asked.
"Nothing." Nathan said as he threw himself back into the chair.
Jealousy perched on the back of the chair and continued to whisper. "She's always flirting. With Mo, Raul, and even Matt. She's just hungry for attention from all the men."
Nathan jumped back up and began to pace.
Belle sensed something dark and ugly in the room. "Nathan, please sit down and tell me whats wrong." She pleaded.
"You know you want to hurt someone. Go ahead. It will make you feel better." Rage whispered in Leon's ear.
Nathan turned right as Leon's legs shot out tripping him and sending him to the floor.
With a bellow Nathan surged up from the floor and caught Leon by his shirt and dragged him up and out of the chair.
Leon his eyes glazed over began to laugh.
"Go ahead hit him." Rage whispered to Nathan.
Nathan brought his fist back to hit Leon when he felt small hands grab his arm.
"You will not hit him." Belle said sternly.
"Attack! Now!" Rage whispered to Leon.
"Nathan. Don't hit him." Kristen shouted as she burst into the room.
Leon swung his arm clumsily and caught a weak slap to the side of Nathan's head.
Nathan shook Belle off and realizing what he was doing let Leon go.
Everyone stood still as the room pulsed with tension.
"Kristen. You shouldn't be here." Nathan said as he slowly backed away from Leon.
"I wanted to see how Leon was doing. I've been coming over every day to check on him. I stay out of sight."
"Well, you're not out of sight now." Belle stated. She reached to help Leon back into the chair when suddenly he attacked.

Maddie stepped out of the kitchen. "Where's Kristen? Becca and I are getting ready to start making the cake and Kristen said she'd help."
Shade having just come down stairs from taking a shower said "She's not upstairs."
"She's outside." Matt said.
"I'll go get her." Shade said, detouring towards the door.
"I'm gonna take a shower before dinner." Renee said heading for the stairs.
"I'm headed over to check on Leon." Trevor said and followed Shade out the door.
"I'm gonna go with Trevor." Matt said hopping up.
"Me too." Zoe said.
"Wow Maddie. You sure know how to clear a room." Ryan said with a grin.
Maddie just shook her head at Ryan and turned back to the kitchen.
Becca gave Ryan a smile. "Come help. We might just let you test the frosting."
Ryan reached out and caught Becca's hand. "When do you want to tell them?"
"After dinner." Becca said with a happy smile.

George rose from his knees and glanced around the room. He didnt realize he had been praying for so long that the sun was getting ready to go down. He walked around the room turning on lights and then headed for the kitchen. His stomach let out a growl as he opened the freezer door and took one of his tv dinners out and popped into the microwave. As it cooked he put together a tossed salad and grabbed a bottle of water from the frig. He had fasted all day so he could hear from the Lord and now that the sun was going down he could break the fast and sit down and think about all that the Lord had showed him.
As he took his dinner out and sat it on the table his phone rang. "Hello?" he answered. "George? You sound like your right in the room with me." Stu chuckled. "Thought I would call you before my day gets started." he said. " Oh Stu its so good to hear from you. I miss our daily talks and you of course."George sighed. "Oh me too George." Stu answered. " You would not believe the progress they have made here. Our whole team is here and Caleb promoted me to supervisor." " Wow Stu, thats great. How long will you be in Iraq?" George asked. "Till the city of Babylon is finished and dont ask me how long that will be cause I dont really know. Havent had a chance to tour the area to see how far along they are yet."Stu said. "Well I know these phone calls can get costly so how about we write each other at least once a week to let each other keep up with each other and what the Lord is showing us, ok?" he asked. "Sounds good to me George. I love you my brother. I have to head out now to get my crews started for the day. I know its now night time there, so get a rest and I'll write or call soon.""Ok Stu. May God be with you and keep you safe." he said. " And with you too." Stu answered and then hung up.
After hanging up the phone he sat back down at the table and bowed his head. "Father God I thank you for Stu and his devotion to you. I thank you you choose us to minister your word to a world that is in chaos. Keep your hand of protection on Stu as he ministers to the people in his path. Open the eyes of those who are hurting and troubled during these times. May they except your offer of eternity as we go through these times and be ready to lay down their lives for you . Bring more of us together Lord that we might minister and plant the seeds that you have placed in each of us. Thank you for your words that have taught me that I fight not against flesh and blood but against the powers and principalities of this world. You have prepared me to fight the good fight as they come and soon another one is on the way as the moon rises. Give me the strength I will need Lord. Oh and thank you for this meal. May it nourish my body as you see fit. I pray this in my Lords name. Jesus. Amen.
As George finished his meal and washed and put away his dishes he heard the phone ringing in the observatory. As he entered the room he noticed that it was the red phone from NASA that was ringing.
Picking up the phone he answered. "This is George."
George heard his boss on the other end. "George? We have a problem."

As the minivan pulled in the Rabbi jumped out and ran in to explain to Yoshi and Ester why he was bringing 6 guest home instead of two.
Getting their belongings out of the back Andrews cell phone began to ring. "Hello" he answered. " Hi Steve. I didnt expect to hear from you so soon." he smiled at the group. As everyone gathered all they had brought they headed in leaving Andrew to talk to his friend from the past.
Ester and Yoshi greeted each one with a warm welcome and ushered them all into the dining room for a big breakfast and hot coffee. Everyone spent the next hour getting aquainted with their host and their surroundings. Half way through the meal Andrew came in search of everyone following his nose all the way to the dining room. Sitting down next to Mark on one side and Bill on the other he told the group about Steves phone call. "Seems he has a lot of questions to ask me. I guess now that Claire is gone hes been remembering all their conversations about Jesus and now wants to talk to me." he grinned. "That could be very good news Andrew." the Rabbi said. "Yes I know. He wants to meet with me at his apartment later today." he answered pouring himself a cup of coffee and filling up his plate.
As breakfast was coming to an end the Rabbi began to speak about his meeting with the two witnesses. "We all know what the bible tells us about the witnesses during the tribulation. They can consume you with fire and can close up the sky so it cant rain. they can bring plagues upon the earth and they can turn the water to blood. This is only the beginning of things to come. But today, we must fill every container we have with fresh water. After today the Lord will make sure the containers never run dry until the end of all this. Do you all understand what I am telling you?" he asked them. The blank stares he recieved convinced him that they did not. Tomorrow all the water in the world will be turned to blood. We must work until evening getting all of our water ready."
